Metric avoids regional spoon ambiguity. US uses 5 mL tsp, 15 mL tbsp and 240 mL cup. Small masses stay in grams unless a verified recipe conversion exists. More on measurements
250 g cherry tomatoes
30 ml extra-virgin olive oil (27 g)
1 g dried oregano
300 g canned cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
30 g tahini
2 garlic cloves, sliced (10 g)
15 ml lemon juice (15 g)
40 ml water (40 g)
2 thick slices soft white bread (100 g), crusts trimmed
8 g flat-leaf parsley, chopped
Ground black pepper, to taste
Method
Heat the oven to 200C/400F. Toss the tomatoes on a lined tray with a third of the oil and the oregano and roast 20-25 minutes, until they have split and slumped into their own juice.
Warm the remaining oil with the garlic in a small pan over low heat for 2 minutes, until it smells sweet and has taken no colour.
Blend the beans with the garlic oil, tahini, lemon juice and water until completely smooth, then return them to the pan and warm through. The purée should fall off a spoon; add water a spoonful at a time until it does.
Warm the bread through rather than toasting it hard. A crisp crust is the part of this plate that takes the most force to bite.
Spread the purée thickly over the warm bread, spoon the tomatoes and all their juices on top and crush them lightly with the back of the spoon.
Finish with parsley and pepper.

Keeps
3 days refrigerated below 5°C
Reheat to
steaming hot, at least 75°C
Cool it fast: split large amounts into shallow containers as soon as it stops steaming, and have it in the fridge within two hours. Reheat once only, until steaming hot right through, at least 75°C in the centre.
These options describe ways to change the workload around a written recipe method. They do not certify a recipe as accessible or safe for a particular person, and they do not silently rewrite the written ingredients, quantities, cooking temperatures or food-safety requirements. Trial the real task and use a different method or recipe when a generic workflow change would be inappropriate.
Workflow option
Reduce peak lifting and transfer load
This method has at least moderate lifting or transfer demand, so the heaviest loaded step is worth planning before cooking begins.
Consider: Where the method allows it, consider smaller cookware, split cold loads, sliding across a stable surface or a prepared landing zone rather than carrying one awkward load.
Trade-offs
Splitting a load can add trips, pours or cleanup, so it is useful only when the complete sequence is easier to control.
Hot transfers need a clear destination and should not be improvised after the vessel is already loaded.
Recipes whose current method review records low visual reliance, making them useful examples when comparing methods that depend less heavily on visual checking.

Real meals made mechanically easier to eat when chewing hurts. That is a job about texture and chewing rather than swallowing (dysphagia) guidance, and it is not a treatment for TMD itself.
